Tell us what happened, which device you used, and what you expected to see. Please avoid including a child’s full transcript or other sensitive content unless it is necessary to investigate the problem.

Quick things to try

Before writing in, check that the device is online, reopen the app, and install the latest available update. If a project build failed, use the retry option shown in the app rather than starting the same project repeatedly.

Credits and project builds

The free launch includes 30 credits and does not require a payment card. If a credit balance or build result looks wrong, include the parent account email and approximate time of the attempt. Do not send account passwords or parent PINs.

Delete your account

Open Parent Settings, choose Account, then choose Delete account. The app shows the consequences and asks for confirmation before deletion begins.

Deletion signs the account out on every device and removes its kids, projects, credits, and associated application data. See the Privacy Policy for retention and backup-expiry details.

If you used Sign in with Apple, the app will tell you when you also need to remove Let’s Build It! from your Sign in with Apple settings.
